Privacy Notice
1. What we collect
Contact details you submit (name, email, purpose of enquiry); access-portal credentials for authorized users (registered email, a session token bound to your device); public wallet addresses (coldkeys) you enter into illustrative tools; questions you ask Redy; and standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) processed by our hosting provider, Cloudflare.
2. Why we collect it
To answer enquiries, to operate and secure authorized access, to generate the illustrative outputs you request, to enforce fair-use limits on the public analyst, and to keep the site running and safe.
3. What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not connect to wallets, request seed phrases or private keys, or initiate transactions. Wallet addresses you enter are used only to fetch public on-chain data for the output you request.
4. Retention
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and for our records. Authorized-access sessions persist for up to one year on the device that created them and can be revoked at any time. Redy questions are processed to produce a reply and rate-limit usage; they are not used to train models.
5. Third parties
Cloudflare (hosting, security, edge storage), TaoStats and CoinGecko (public market data), and Chutes (model inference for Redy). Each processes only what is needed for its function.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may object to or restrict certain processing, by writing to admin@redcoincapital.com. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA; we will honor verified requests as the law requires.
7. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies and local storage: your language preference, your authorized-access session, and the public analyst’s fair-use counter. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
