Redy Prototype Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Redy is an experimental, early-stage prototype made available by RedCoin Capital and/or its affiliates (“RedCoin,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using Redy (the “App”), you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. 1) Prototype / “As Is” Service: Redy is a prototype and may contain bugs, interruptions, inaccuracies, or other issues. The App and any outputs are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including (without limitation) warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability. 2) Redy and all services and products from RedCoin Capital is NOT Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice: Redy (including any calculations, outputs, templates, or guidance) is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes, or should be construed as, financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, or as an offer, solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee of any strategy, product, or result. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial, legal, or tax decisions. 3) No Fiduciary Relationship: Your use of Redy does not create any fiduciary, advisory, or client relationship between you and RedCoin. RedCoin does not act as your broker, investment adviser, attorney, accountant, or agent through your use of the App. 4) Privacy & User-Entered Information: As currently implemented, Redy does not request, collect, record, or store the information you enter into the App. The data you input is intended to remain private and is not retained by RedCoin. However, no software or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your device, browser, and network environment. Do not enter sensitive personal data, confidential information, private keys, or other high-risk data into the App. 5) Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedCoin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of (or inability to use) the App, including reliance on any outputs—whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory—even if RedCoin has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 6) User Responsibility & Assumption of Risk: You assume all risks associated with using the App, including any reliance on outputs, and you agree that you are solely responsible for verifying information and results. RedCoin does not guarantee any particular outcome, performance, or result. 7) Third-Party Services: If the App links to or interacts with third-party services, those services are governed by their own terms and policies. RedCoin is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices. 8) Changes and Availability: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time without notice. We may update this disclaimer from time to time by posting a revised version. 9) Acceptance By using Redy: You confirm that you have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to be bound by it.
